The case was about making false allegations in a lawsuit for the purpose of harming a company. Just like the case with SBTK may turn out. So far, two outside parties have checked with the supposed companies involved, who deny the Milberg/Pluvia accusations.

Not to mention orchestrating a smear campaign in advance of filing the amended lawsuit, using their close buddy Pluvia, who doesn't deny being paid by them.

SBTK has top-notch investigators and law firms on the case, I'm sure we will hear more. And this time, tell Pluvia he likely won't be able to get away by pleading "no contest" and paying a small fine.
