gary- i know u agree with lance regarding pces but dont forget one thing no one mentions--this is a fully reporting, and reporting on time co.with 2 mil..it cost alot of money to file papers with the sec and pces does and does it on time..how many fully reporting otcbb co.'s do u know that trade in the 20 cent range

Gary, the stock is a POS I've made some off of in the distant past. SYCR is in bankruptcy and may be a short play soon with news. I'm sure the quoted outstanding shares and float being given out are now wrong. My guess is that it is around three times the amount being quoted as outstanding and that is why I called the TA.
