Hi Mrs. Hoghead,
I sent a message to Tom to see if he has any suggestions.
My broker is E*Trade but my shares are in an IRA account. Do you go into the computer to review your account status? They may have entered a notation in your account regarding your request.

Just fax me a statement of intention to move out X number of eConnect shares from street name. That will be fine. It is interesting to note that the e Trading firms are the ones causing a ruckus... the standard brokerage firms have no problem.
