Holyoke, Massachusetts, June 29 (Bloomberg) -- Electricity
demand in New England is projected to rise to a record for a
second day, as sweltering weather sends air conditioner use
soaring before the heat wave snaps tonight.
''It's really the excessive humidity'' that's causing air
conditioners to work hard, said Deborah Beauchamp, a spokeswoman
