With all due respect and in an attempt to be fair, the 144 filing don't mean squat, especially the 6K shares that Baron filed for a whopping what $2000 at todays prices?. First of all, I see them all the time and only a fraction of them ever become sales. Secondly, 200K shares represents about 5% of the Pian holdings. Third, the two biggies were filed in March. Where is the Form 4 reflecting SOLD? When you see a form 4 filing that says SOLD then you can complain all you want. But even then, insiders sell for a lot of reasons.

And before you slam me for being a homey, I exited my position in SETO several weeks ago after the earnings report did not even come close to estimates and I found myself needing the cash for a better short term pick.

I still think SETO will make it, but the street has held them to a much higher standard than the typical BB whore that doesn't report and doesn't have earnings and may not even have revenues. It will get there...someday. And if I'm lucky enough to see insider buying then I will jump in big. For it is insider buying, not selling and certainly not 144 filings, that is the correlative variable to near term price movement.
