Or how about some money to pay bills when XYZ corp lays you off at the first sign of economic trouble? Or some money to pay off credit card debt after losing half of it day trading Amazon? Or some money to buy puts :D !

If everyone wanted to take a trip at the same time, travel agents would be very busy... I don't see an imminent rush to travel, or repair homes, or buy cars, or anything all at one time.... if that happened, I would agree with you that the problem would be obvious, but what would cause every to rush into one thing or another? Those who do those things apparently have disposable income.....
