Ditto! PCES is gonna fly regardless of what the MM's try to slow it. In final negotiations to sign a letter of intent to merge. They are not only a "shell". They have lots of $$$$$!! PCES is very attractive as a potential merger partner and they have a proven "leader". I have put all the $$$$ I can afford into PCES. I have called the company and I have done as much DD as I have ever completed on a company and I cannot believe PCES will be at this level for long. If you sell your shares, don't say you were not warned. The MM's are short "big time" and the pending merger is gonna send PCES skyrocketing!!!! All this JMHO of course! Cheese
