this is a shell with 2 million in cash,looking for a good co. to merge with,they will not settle for a pos just to get it done,the management especially mr. pappajohn r know to be honest and hard working.they have 2 or 3 possible candidates they r looking at--that info is there for anyone interested enough to find it.. this stock has been under accumulation by some very smart people, smart enough not to sell at .25 when they paid 4 cents.forgetting all that for a moment , the mm's have no stock and with the low float they have no clue as to what to do as indicated by all the moves they tried to make today to scare people out of there shares and when it didnt work the stock moves right back up..i would buy now for 2 reason 1)this is a good situation stock 2)we can beat up the mm's pretty good on this one and make some real money to boot--that to me is all the reason in the world to own this ...imo
