I'd surmise that they're kept in a little cigar box, next to his orange robe and incense stash, in the drawer of his shoeshine stand in the main terminal at O'Hare. Unless, of course, Al Gore is in town; in which case, he has to wear the robe - and go to the rally to assist in making a group contribution.
