EPEX Insider - Is mostly one individual on a planned sale. I can't say that I like it but it clearly isn't a rush to the door by the entire management team.

I did fail to mention in my previous post that the long term debt to equity ratio is 0.12. Contrasting with MEXP, EPEX looks pretty good. I think that we are in a moderate oil bull right now. Therefore investors are still looking at debt loads and favoring the stronger balance sheets.

Anybody care to venture a guess about what percentage of those 170Bcfe are going to hit. EPEX uses 3D seismic almost exclusively. If they only hit half it will triple their reserves.
