Alok Let me explain my position. I have sold a big chunk of SUNW on June 21st at 68. I am still long quite a bit of SUNW. I am looking for a jump up in the tech's and, like Haim has said, I believe reality will set it. Namely, higher interest rates are BAD FOR STOCKS. "Built in" Schmilt in", I don't believe people in equities will like what Uncle Al will do. I will buy back into SUNW at 58 or so, if indeed it drops. It may not. Who really knows? I don't for sure.

If SUNW goes "north" above 68, so be it. I am still where I want to be since I own a good deal of it.

I hope this clarifies my position.

[ I think any rally will run out of steam sooner rather than later]

Dear Alok, I worry, too. I don't think Mr. Greenspan will be happy if the market continues to rally. I hope I am wrong though.

Best wishes,

Mephisto
