Question - I got the NPLS confirm request. I have about $6,000 in stocks and $600 in cash in the Wit Account. If I confirm that I want some shares, and if I get allotted 100 shares....

1-Will I be able to buy them using the $600 cash and margin buying power of the stocks in the account?

2-If not, and I get allotted 100 shares (so theoretically I have to wire in the balance of the cash), can I somehow void the allotment by not wiring in the balance cash? In other words, I've heard many times that you can get IPO shares and only have to "wire" in the payment before the settlement date. What if I don't wire the money in? Is Wit going to then decide not to allocate me the shares, or what? If not wiring in the money would void my allocation, then I would be able to decide whether to wire in the money after I've seen how the IPO opens, right?

I don't plan on confirming, I'm just curious about this question for future situations.
