Just a bit of interesting information.

Back in March I set up an Internet portfolio just for tracking.

techstocks.com

This portfolio reflects the price as of 3/16. Adjustments are made for splits. Interestingly, only 1 other stock has done better than GNET and that is DCLK. The dollar amount for CMGI is greater than GNET but percentage is lower.

That reshuffling and the stocks that will compose the new Russell have already been determined and gnet is not included. However its a pretty dynamic index because the stocks in it keep needing to be replaced when their mkt cap gets to large. Otoh gnet itself might be worth too much by the time somebody else drops out! <gg>

I heard that rumor too, maybe on the thread. If it's true, then it leaked and that's why gnet flew today. All the other nets that surged had news, but not gnet.
