Ken, CAUTION is more of a question than fact.

I had heard that MSFT recently released a thin client machine to some new MSN internet prospects which uses LINUX (if that's what we're talking about here... re: linnix?) which is tied into a free one year subscription to MSN. I can't validate this immediately, and I only picked this up in passing in a conversation the other day. Can you or anyone here confirm this? I, like yourself, would have thought this as something quite strange for MSFT to do at this time, but one never knows how BillG will turn to meet competitive threats.
