Just cause Bill Clinton thinks its time to end it doesn't mean that it will. Its just going to be a waste of money, time and effort. Maby I sound like some kind of facist pig for saying that but I read this months issue of "Foreign Affairs" and the lead article said the same thing. >>> I do not think (unless politically correct idiot) that anyone can possibly think otherwise....They site Bosnia, which has "worked" for only one reason-PARTITION....Now this Kosovo place naturally is going to get segregated....but at the great waist of money, lives and effort..
