Richard ... I do not see where Lance made a declaration of verbal war. He only asked for the phone number so he could verify the information. PM Lance the number so he can verify. I would not like to see the number publicly laid out but I would like for someone to verify the information. Please understand like the delisting of OTCs which NASD and the SEC are extremely serious about so are they on inside information. The disclosure laws are changing and they mean business. I myself if I have sent a press release to business wire for the next morning will say there is news coming in the morning IF and I say IF I am asked and it is after hours. All this privy information these OTC companies give out that the internet is used to is going to stop and a few individuals will probably be made examples of in the future. I try to talk to others who are shareholders and have talked the company to see if the stories are accurate and consistent. After MIDL and DF telling each shareholder that called a different story I like to compare notes on DD with other shareholders. The internet if used properly by savvy DDers and investors can basically smell something is wrong IF they compare notes. So please do not flame Lance merely let him call the man. :-) GB
