23.25 would confirm a few things for me as I see the upper " faster "channel going to 25.50. And by closing above it probably would change the numbers for the following, at which point I would buy
a. 9 days momo above 0
b.MACD (25 days) to turn north
c.Confirmation of the uptrend on the RSI
d.Crossing of the middle in the Bollinger band
