Expanding NG demand in Mexico

KNE, which blew up the other day is starting work on a big pipeline to supply gas to Monterey for electricity generation.

Gotta love all the new demand that's being planned for.

Anybody else think that KNE looks set to recover some of the ground they lost the other day?

I also subscribe to IQC and fail to see the negative TA

iqc.com

We keep making higher highs and higher lows. I believe July will be the break out month. It seems like everyday we read another E&P company is increasing their budget. The majors are going to have favorable quarterly results. The economies of the world are getting stronger. Natural gas supply is going to tighten. OPEC is adhering to their supply cuts. API numbers are going down. These stocks traded down six months to a year in advance, they will trade up six months in advance to the turn around. I see nothing but positives. This is a rocket ship waiting to take off and I want to on board when it does.

O/T Brian - I am going to be in your part of the world in 2 weeks, can you get a couple days off and show me what there is to see and do? Email me if you can.

++good, A belated bovine welcome to the SI Drilling board. The TA is showing pretty clearly at this point that players are using strength in oil to sell OS holdings. How far down it goes is any bodies guess. I've postulated some potential downside targets. As you may surmise, they are wildly unpopular. <g> Thus ends my brilliant public career as an OSX bear. <VBG>

During the earnings period, I suspect Wall Street will hand us value players some nifty bargains, which is the reason I've been raising some cash. Looking to buy some dips on E&P's I like, and have a short list drawn up for OS shopping days. MAVK, PDE, GLBL, HOFF, maybe some more FGI. My E&P list is RGO, CRK, ROIL, SFS, and maybe MEXP.

Now to the really important stuff! I see you've received degree in literature, and live on the Thai/Burma border. C'mon man, spin us at least one fabulous Conradian tale from your jungle digs. Not asking for Lord Jim, mind you, just a description of some really good seedy bars full of nefarious mercenaries, treacherous opium dealers, fecund young voluptuaries, and well .... hey you're the lit guy you get the idea. If that ain't your style, how about the name of one good Thai restaurant. <g>

At the very least you can correct and admonish those who have so cavalierly taken liberties with Tennyson. Sacrilege! Now that's probably more useful than any thing I've written heretofore.

Good trading
