Didn't Intel give AMD a 20% market share in those no margin processors to satisfy their friends in the government? It must be a conspiracy.

INTEL CORP sued Via Technologies Inc., alleging the Taiwanese chip maker had violated a patent-licensing agreement the two companies signed last year. The suit, filed last week in federal court in San Jose, Calif., accuses Via of breach of contract, patent-infringement and unfair competition. The suit said Via was creating confusion in the market because it was claiming that certain products were licensed under the agreement when in fact they were not. Officials at Via in Taipei, Taiwan, couldn't be reached for comment. The suit is Intel's first major legal broadside since an antitrust suit by the FTC, which accused Intel of using its market power to retaliate against companies in intellectual property disputes. SCUMDUMBria - Re: "By pricing Celeron in the zero margin category, Intel has made it rather difficult for other companies to compete. It is a good thing that Intel has such good friends in the government."

Your pathetic alibis for AMD's failures are sickening.

AMD sucks - accept it - the rest of the world has.
