The IPO is not going to happen until at least early August. The S-1 was filed on June 9, 1999 and it generally takes at least 60 days before the SEC gives it a final blessing. I concur with your suggested entry point and your observation that PQT is a "sell the news" stock. The next big pop will probably occur when they file their first amendment. They should get their initial comments back from the SEC on or about July 9 and they will probably refile within 10-14 days.
