Tom, your post shows more thinking than any post I've read in the last 500, including my own.

Part of my confusion in all this has been my belief that the PP holders would make the most money on the upside. However, with the help of this elegant object lesson, it is clear that the most money is made by shorting, converting, and then holding for the upside.

We need to know what damage has been done do far with respect to dilution. Someone has suggested the dilution so far is 107 million shares—the entire 100 million shares authorized plus the 7 million R Gordon put in escrow for the PP.

Then there is the question of dilution coming up. The company still needs about $2 million in funding. That money is going to come at a dear price—but less dear if the stock price continues to go up.

If we can get a handle on the dilution and be assured the PP holders are through shorting, then the stock price will go up—dramatically, IMO. {Disclaimer: I've been wrong a lot recently!} At least, there is more hope today.

Thanks for a great post. Regards, Suzanne

We should know exactly what's going on in the next couple of days.
Your theory, my theory, or Zeev's theory one of us has to be right and hopefully its not Zeev's.

Tom, The BIG money has to be in an up-side play! As I have stated before even if you believe that shorts took down the price and the PP holders wanted to dilute the stock to get more shares it was because there had to be an up-side play.

Best,
Ed
