How about this rumor: Part of the CMGI & CPQ deal is all chip sets will have to be compatible with all CMGI holdings to gain access to any of their web portals. If devices do not have RMBS chip set by 2001 users will be rejected. CPQ will only use INTC/RMBS as part of a yet to be disclosed stock swap between CMGI. Following the CMGI/CPQ announcement; DELL is moving on MSPG (I heard this part may actually happen) and constructs entry to sites so that they must have a RMBS chip set also, in yet another stock swap with RMBS following CMGI's lead. The SEC sites predatory business practices by all of the above. The above mentioned along with MSFT install a virus at the SEC and the Fed and will not release code until interest rates drop 50 basis points and the SEC is dissolved.
