The best indicator, bar none, has been when Glenn capitulates on his shorts and goes long. And kisses William on the cheek.

You can then safely short.

It rarely works out to 60% because in a diversified portfolio (of even just Web stocks) they never top out or bottom together. On the close 6/14, I was down 31%.

In any event, when a stock ignores good news, or makes lower lows in price, diverges in indicator performance, sees a breakdown of a peer issue, blows off to 2x its 50-day...
