COnsolidation steps require: 1. Board meeting to approve concept 2. news release stating all terms 3. shareholder approval 4. name approval by BC Registrar of Companies 5. name approval by VSE 6. CUSIP number 7. Specimen Share Certificate 8. Documents to VSE and Trust Co. 9. Approval from VSE with effective date of change We are currently on item 6. Items are sequential and any delays (ie errors on certificates) delay the whole works. Should be 4 to 6 more weeks assuming no problems. Dave
