Coz:

I still don't have anywhere near the total Medinah gold shares that
I am supposedly entitled to. I am told the shares are in the accounts
and I am continuing to pursue the brokerage houses.

Interesting day yesterday. Could the shorts be starting to get
a little nervous?

Regards

Dan

Gordon House response to my comments:

Please recall this note: Message 10171837

IR had Gordon look at the comments and these are his replies in caps:

Few comments on the Las Das Marias House Report:
medinahenergy.com.

I think Gordon must read this thread. He probably got tired of this Mike Gold character interpreting all of his reports so he decided to play a trick on him and see what he is really made of! "Hmmm", says Gordon,"Lets see him figure this out!" Ha. Trying to interpret results for Holes 1 and 2 is worse than trying to interpret Greek! Ick-I am not worthy! I am not worthy! Anyways-just a few comments for the parts I do understand!

1)CLAIMS MAP- medinahenergy.com Something is not right here....claims map shows only one rectangular box. There use to be another box that fit cross wise across the first one in earlier House Reports. Also, what about the claims that were added to make LDM and Lipangue to make a continous block? I have no explaination for this other than the claims map is simply not correct.

"CLAIMS MAP, THE CLAIM MAP WITH THE EXTRA CLAIM BLOCK WAS ONLY INCLUDED IN MY REPORT ON THE EVALUATION OF THE SANTIAGO PROJECT DATED 25TH JULY 1998. THE FIGURE WAS DRAWN FROM MAPS MADE AVAILABLE BY THE PROPERTY VENDOR WHICH HAD INCLUDED THE EXTRA CLAIM BLOCK, BUT THE EXTRA CLAIM BLOCK HAD BEEN DROPPED PRIOR TO THE AGREEMENT WITH MEDINAH ENERGY INC. THIS WAS AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART WHEN DOING UP THE MAPS FOR THE REPORT.

2)HOUSE failed to discuss the relationship between Lipangue and LDM in this report-disappointing.

"THE RELATIONSHIP WAS DISCUSSED IN MY REPORT ON THE GEOLOGICAL AND GEOPHYSICAL EXPLORATION PROGRAMS ON LAS DOS MARIAS PROJECT DATED 20TH NOVEMBER, IN CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMEDNATIONS, PAGE 17,"THE DISCOVERY OF THE GRANODIORITE DYKE WITHIN THE SURVEY GRID DISPELLED THE CONCEPT THAT THE MANTO DEPOSITS WERE RELATED TO THE LIPANGUE BRECCIA PIPE,--""

3)HOUSE failed to give us any hints at grade or potential size of deposits at LDM.(Not surprising.)

"RIGHT!!"

4)HOUSE failed to discuss the rumored other shear zones at LDM that may have been found through surface surveys.(Probably because they had nothing to do with the drill results.)

"RIGHT!"

5)The Shear Zone and the grandiorite intrusive were not effectively mapped by the IP survey due to the present of the pyrite that was in the tuffs and andesite rocks surrounding the shear zone. The returns from the the shear zone were effectively obscured. One way around this maybe doing a electromagnetic survey. Apparantly the presence of water in the shear zone will make it an easy target.

"WHY THE CSAMT SURVEY WAS RECOMMENDED"

6)Because the IP sucked-Hole 2 was not drilled in the right place to find the all important intersection between the shear zone minerlization and the minerlization associated with the grandiorite intrusive-the motherlode if you will...Instead it just hit the veins in the shear zone-nice but not exactly what they were looking for.

"A MATTER OF LOGISTICS IN PUTTING IN THE DRILL SITE WHEN NO DRILLING HAD BEEN PLANNED ON LDM!"

7)House has proposed a comprehensive drill program to map out the minerlization of the shear zone along at least a 600 meter strike length of the deposit. Recall the Greg Lillar believes the shear zone is actually much longer than this-the surface express of the shear zone is covered up in places by old landslide deposits making it difficult to determine its exact length at this time.

"THE PROPOSED DRILL PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMATION WHICH WILL ENABLE AN INDICATED RESOURCE TONNAGE AND GRADE TO BE CALCULATED. ONCE THIS IS DOEN IT WILL BE EASIER TO FUND DRILLING ALONG STRIKE TO BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH"

8) Conservative estimate: If we have a 5 meter wide shear zone that is 600 meter long and say 200 meter in width(depth) at an average of 37 grams/ton-this works at to be about a million ounces. Since the strike length is likely longer(open to South and North) and there might be multi shears-not to shabby. Also let us not forget the intrusive related minerlization and the other side of the valley with its mantos and rich vein deposits plus placer deposits to boot.

"THE SHEAR HOSTED GOLD DEPOST HAS THE MOST POTENTIAL ON LDM, THE CSAMT SURVEY WILL HELP TO DELINEATE THE EXTENT AND DEPTH POTENTIAL OF THE SHEAR ZONE."

9)Only two holes drilled at this point so let us not get ahead of ourselves...ie drawing too many conclusions at this point.

"RIGHT!" "THE ONLY COMMENT TO BE MADE IS THAT THE LIPANGUE BRECCIA AND LAS DOS MARIAS ARE SEPARATE DEPOSITS AND AT THIS POINT THERE IS NO RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THEM. CHILE JUST HAPPENS TO BE A VERY WELL MINERLALISED COUNTRY.!"

Thanks Gordon!
