LTV: I'm not convinced it's ready to move either. This recent move to $24 has been on low volume...a lack of selling rather than buying in my opinion. I just expected LTV to have drifted down to $23 this past week and it hasn't. That's what has my attention. I agree that a convincing rally through $24 on good volume will be the big technical trigger. By the way, tonight on CBC Business Newsworld some long-term value player in the tech sector listed LTV as a solid buy. WN
