Note also that 3100 contracts traded of the Jan 25 puts. Depending on how you match these up, they could be a simple bull/bear spread for Jan 00, a synthetic short (where you are long the put and short the call), a synthetic long (where you are short the put and long the call), etc. I don't think there's anyway to tell if it's bullish or bearish without more info.
