You might think of adding some technical analysis skills to your bag of tricks.

Hi Keith:

I agree with your statement and have been doing some reading lately. In fact I have initially requested 4 books from the Public Library, two of which came available today (Reminiscences of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre, and The Visual Investor by John J. Murphy).

I have heard much praise for "Reminiscences" in that it is a very informative and entertaining read and I am quite enjoying it so far.

"The Visual Investor" will be next after that, on your recommendation as a must-read TA book. Thanks again for the recommendation Keith, I just looked it over briefly and I expect it to be quite informative yet simple enough for a rookie like me to understand.

Hi Keith,

Like your posts a lot. Forgive me for being impertinent, but I have an observation. I find you, The Chief, Buckey and many other smart buggers put your DD first. You seem to use the technical analysis to confirm your DD, and chose your bid and asks. I may be way off base here,...but then again,...maybe I'm not.

DLX

Is that a double bottom starting to form ?
To confirm this we should be looking for what? Increasing volume?
(besides price increase)
What other indicators would you look at in the next few days to confirm a possible reversal?
Still a learning novice, and try to confirm my thoughts.
