You have to use the Microsoft player which is built into IE5. They don't have a "Realaudio" feed. If you have IE5 installed, just go to the view/toolbars menuitem and select the radio menu, then use the radio stations/radio station guide to find Shalom America under Miscellaneous I believe.

It would be nice if they had a "real" feed but it's through MSFT's technology instead. I don't know if it's called netshow or what.

If this built in ie5 technology and netshow are one in the same, you could probably get Shalom America by simply installing netshow; also I'm not familiar enough with IE4 to know whether this "radio" feature is also built in.

Maybe someone else here who knows the exact details can chime in.

All I know is that with IE5 its really easy. Now one caveat... I'm getting this feed through a T1 so I'm not sure how a 56k modem will be, in case that's what you have.

You could ask the station's DJ:

webmaster@shalom-am.com

it may take a few days for his response.
