I spoke to Liberty Media last week. FWIW, they said that the BOX/MTV deal should be closed sometime between July 12-14. The BOX/ACTV deal will follow this transaction. TCI Music (TUNE) is supposed to change their name officially to Liberty Digital in mid-September. I'm keeping an eye on this situation because I believe that HyperTV's launch will hinge on these developments. I also believe that Liberty Digital's pace will mirror ACTV's.

A few comments in regards to WGAT, Soundview & Russel 3000 WGAT has a market cap of 800+M and ACTV 400+M. Q: Why? A:We do not have an investment banker like Gerald Klauer (WGTE's IB)just imagine when/if ACTV get their act together and hire a "real" IB then the market value of ACTV should surpass Worldgates. Q: Soundview Meeting what happened? A: Bill did a good job spoke though too little about HyperTv and Addressable comercials and too much about sports. Q:Russel 3000 are we in? A: July 1 is when the institutions gets the list (the public will get it july 8) and by the action tomorrow we will see. My guess is that we are in.
