EBAY vs. CMGI; south pole vs. north pole: who leads em out of the blocks... lower vs. higher.

J.T., the OEX put/call ratio has become less important over the last few years due to the declining volume in OEX options; the ratio to watch is the CBOE total, which came in at 0,42 on 06/28 and 0,45 on 06/29, extremely bearish levels indicating utter capitulation on the part of the bears. seeing this amount of complacency ahead of the FOMC, the NAPM and the jobs data is extremely disconcerting.

regards,

hb

***PLEASE NOTE***Sorry this is extremely late. I was ready
to post earlier, but I ran into serious S.I server problems. Data got
wiped out after being locked out trying to send. I am requesting
help for someone to back me up when I am out of town or on vacation.
Please send private email.

I made several comments on yesterday's market and this info got wiped
out as well. In the interest of time, I will comment tonight about
last two days.

Best, J.T.
