Ray, Kugler never failed to post the source of the information he presented to the thread. He posted when he talked to Mork, the Coast Guard (about the Pilar) the bank in Nicaragua...etc. All of the information that was posted that exposed this as a scam was verifiable by phone calls....phone calls to the cutting plant in Hialeah, the Mayor and Ex-Mayor of Ten Sleep, the bottling plants in Wyoming etc etc. Normally when I checked out a story, I would also call Morgan, Breton or Puhr and ask them the same questions, after talking to the source it was easy to discern that they were lying as did Lori the receptionist/investor relations person.

A few dollars spent in phone calls could have prevented people from losing money in this scheme. Many of the readers of this thread did just that and got out of this lousy scheme before the halt. There aren't any numbers availible that I know of but I would venture to say that most of the people picked up their marbles and took them home before the halt occurred.
