According to their proxy circular the were 20,831,472 S/O on April 30th and 2.125 MM options out. With the announced issue, that would put us at 28.5 MM shares fully diluted and I am not sure I am not missing something because I can't be bothered to go back and look for it. The 1st Q cashflow of $1.425MM vs. WC and debt of $66.7MM stops me cold.
