Then you've been lucky so far, I had it happen on KOOP and BWEB also. They definately have to send out more AR then available shares to cover for those who wait til the last minute to decide whether to confirm or not.

Found out this morning - no shares allocated to me on non flipped account. I only have one account. First time I've IOI's and not received shares. Bummer!
