Sure we can vote no. Do you think it will change anything? I'm sure the buy out team counted the votes & saw they could make it happen. They also calculated the legal costs of class action suits & figured they were worth the expense. I bought @ $33+ on the merits of the company alone, before the talk of strategic alternatives. I'm shocked at the outcome of this investment. I saw on Yahoo that management didn't have the guts to show at the shareholders meeting.
