Look....it's pretty clear Fidelity doesn't want fast, multi-time execution day traders. They'd like Short term, Medium term and Long Term traders/investors, but not day traders. They are not positioning themselves into this market, they are not building tools and systems to address this market, and they are historically a very conservative company with LT growth investors in mutual funds. Fidelity doesn't like to lose any customers, but I have a sense that many folks will see this Webstation and indicate they've waited MOST of 1999 for some relief from the trading tools vacuum, and even with this new attempt (it falls short...) they're still waiting.... But judge for yourself when they get this out of beta and into your hands. It's not ready yet (it's very very slow, and it hangs and sometimes crashes...), but Fidelity may release it anyway.
