Wit's allocation process is one of extremes. Before only people who placed IOIs w/n 5-15 minutes got allocations (a system which created a frenetic atmosphere and closed out everyone except those who sit in front of a PC all day). Now the lottery effectively gets rid of first come first served. In my opinion Etrade's system (in so far as time goes), a 2 hour window ,strikes a much fairer balance by rewarding the reasonably diligent.
