[Boy, as soon as the MSFT case leaves center stage, Klein and Co. can't let a moment go by without tossing another victim into the ring.]

Reno and Klein have misinterpreted the anti-trust laws as protecting competitors rather than protecting consumers. Once you make this mistake, it naturally follows that any company which achieves a market edge in any industry is breaking the law. The higher courts will recognize the fallacy of such a precedent.
