Hi Ron;
In reference to my earlier reply,here are a few points of interest and clarification:
1.Many of the ASP companies such as Futurelink and USInternetworking rent packaged software
applications from large software producers i.e.Microsoft,PeopleSoft etc. and provide these on a
user-fee basis to companies via remote central networks.
2.Infocast is not dependent on packaged applications from other software companies.Infocast uses
its technologically superior ,wholly owned,proprietary software solutions.
3.Furthermore,Infocast has specifically developed and tailored these software applications for the
multi-billion dollar markets in Call Center Solutions, Telework,Distributed Learning, and IT
Application Outsourcing.
4.Infocast's iHub network will be one of the fastest,most powerful,and most secure networks
available-supported by AT&T Canada's digital Virtual Private Network(VPN) with global
connectivity throughAT&T Corp. and the power of Sun Microsystems Enterprise 10,000 Servers

In essence, Infocast will be one of the first, and maybe few stand-alone ASP to develop and bring to
market a central server capability ...providing high-speed,secure networks with real
time,interactive.distributed computing capabilities that include live voice and multimedia features.

Howdy Ron, I have been in the process of moving and waiting for my cable hook up, finally got it today. I think FLNK may have some dilution issues and maybe that is why the stock is not performing.
