RE: Michael Dell and share sales

Actually, what M Dell does with his stock is rather smart. He sells a set amount every quarter regardless of the price. The amount is significant enough to provide Michael with a lot of money, but it is still insignificant in relation to his overall holdings. In addition, by making the sales on a regular basis without regard to price, there is no information content to the sales. This makes it hard to argue that Michael Dell's actions with his personal stock are negative events.
