Where did HGRM get the money to fund the production so far? I would have to agree with Mr. Cooper. HGRM would have had to farm out a HUGE portion of this. I would imagine that either the contract says no payment unless Russia pays or all of the sub-contractor payment due dates allow for the equilavent. As far as other things being removed from the 601 decree, I don't think we have heard the last word on the alcohol. I'll bet that alcohol ends up back on the list within a year. JB
