Is this allowed under the terms of acquisition of ISC?

Perhaps the lawsuit settlement opens the no-compete restriction on INTU.

Benny and all,

Pre-market is 27 1/2 by 27 5/8's...not much going on yet...if you look at the chart, once 30 is breached, 40 seems to be a lay-up. Most of the shorts sold around 32 and under. I think the squeeze may push us higher than the pre-secondary price of $47.00. I may be a bit biased...lol...yesterday certainly look like a reversal to me.
