I thought so too. And it will be the holding company for Ampex Data? Give us a quarter share for each share of Ampex and IPO about 3-5 million shares. I think that would be a good approach but not the only one and possibly not the best. How would you do it Jubiner?

Let me add my agreement to this. It solves a lot of the problems we had discussed in the earlier debate about where the money was going to come from (for example, IPOing TVontheWeb not helping the other production groups). I see Ampex as is; a holding company (the Berkshire Hathaway of High Tech), iNEXT is the soft product division, Ampex Data Systems hardware sales, and an as yet unnamed division for research and development.
