As I mentioned previously, I feel that if the market internals do not improve dramatically and the rally is not market wide then any sector rally is still part of the correction process that started in APRIL.

I could even make an arguement that the market is in a correction process that started in APRIL 1998, in light of the the market internals being at much lower levels.

Im mentioning it since certain sectors, probably the big caps can move much higher again with the smaller issues either lagging or even correcting.
