Lance, You said... "yes,the info you are referring to was from their sept 98 filing ..." That is not true!!! Please check the dates of those 2 filings AGAIN! You will find they are the CURRENT 10K filed 3-31-99 and the CURRENT 10Q filed 5-10-99.

Yes, Roger is the only "employee" involved these days. But, in FACT, he certainly is NOT the only person involved in the outcome of PCES. Joe D. and Mr Pappajohn are probably more knowledgeable about this matter than Roger (the part-time employee).

LANCE WHO SAID; time for my update..since i was the only one who called joe today with equities..he said he did take one other call on pces ,but he believes it was monday from a man who has called from time to time in the last 4 months..there is very little going on,he has had 3 inquiries in the last few months but nothing were they had to set up any meetings or anything.... ref another issue-float.if there were any deal the preferred shareholders would be converted to common shares in the merger and per his word would increase the float consideribly..... could the one person out there who has called please come forward,would love to know the one that has been putting this together for months.. jill,katie-sorry was not you,did advised he not spoken to any women on pces matters... oh yeah-i did leave my name with him ,so that anybody that wanted to call after me,just mentioned that i said hello and thank him for 30 minutes he gave me from 2;45 to 3;15 today..
