I can say that I have finally learned my lesson and once CKFR gets back to 47, I will consider it a very valuable one. I think it will work out well for me, but my days of taking shots are over.

David - totally agreed, experience is a wise teacher. Also, expensive on occasion. I learned mine about 15 years ago when I got a slam dunk, sure thing, "tip." Didn't do dd, just plunged ahead.

$10,000 later, I had learned a lesson. And 15 years ago, that was expensive, at least to me.

Read Rob's response to your post about "taking shots." Must say, that echoes with me. Though I own MSFT et al ("sure things) I also carry a few specs like ckfr, cych, elnk, bvsn et al. Once upon a time, msft was a spec and one hopes to catch a similar situation. Though I doubt anything can remotely achieve the size of Mr. Softee.
