Bob, my comment about your ability to get information seemingly more easily than myself and others was in no way meant to indicate that anything improper on your part is occurring. If it came across that way I apologize. As far as you are concerned, I'm just jealous. As far as HGRM is concerned, it is just another symptom of the bigger problem: lack of access to information which seemingly should be available.

As shareholders we are part owners. I admire much of what HGRM has accomplished and think the possibilities here are still tantalizing, but am feeling more strung along than usual. The 2 month addition to what a reasonable person was led to believe would be the first payment date, and the possibility that the audit may be delayed even further (although I don't see any logic to delaying the numbers through 12/31) have added my frustration. I don't understand why the company would lead us to believe that payment would be due around July 1, knowing how important it is to us as well as them, if they have known all along that it may not be due until late August. And if they didn't know, they should have been more careful. I can't decide if they are being careless or crafty.

Here is the part of the news release you posted that has me most concerned for the moment:

<<The government has again showed its inconsistency. Our
investors, who provided us with $40 million, will be more than
upset. Now we have $30 million worth of equipment stuck at the
border and we don't know what to do with it," Spetsznak
president Igor Sarkisov said Monday. "We will take Gosstandart
to court," he added.>>

What if anything are the repercusions to HD? From their press release yesterday it sounds like all is fine, don't worry. This would seem to contradict the above paragraph.

As you said, they are on their own schedule. They may have good reasons for saying what they say and not saying what they don't say. Let's hope they are in both ours and theirs best interests.
