I just am in the middle of my first experience with this shoddy operation. My doctor first gave me a prescription which it took them weeks to look at. They decided it wasn't on their formulary so they sent the Dr. a Fax (no bother in calling me to explain the delay). Dr. Responds and a week later they finally say they are putting the alternate prescription in the mail. Blue Cross used to use PCS. I miss them terribly already. If ESRX is the future, we'll all be dead waiting for medicines. Any of you long this stock, no for sure the kind of service you've provided one SI'er. If it continues to be of this quality, you're going to lose a ton of money. SHORT This puppy. willyb
