HERC, You are wrong.

Starnet's stock has appreciated some 3,400% since December, based on rock solid fundamentals. NOT hype. I'm a little pressed for time today, but here is a quick and dirty overview to give you a few basic facts you can use as a basis for your DD:

* SNMM is a fully reporting company. Few of the other i-gaming companies are.

* SNMM is profitable. Few other internet companies are.

* SNMM has, during the last year, established itself as the clear leaders in the internet gaming sector by generating revenues and earnings growth in excess of 200%, Q over Q.

* Q4 earnings are expected to be released any day, and all indications are that these growth rates will be met or exceeded.

* SNMM management has stated an objective of adding three new licensees per month. They have far exceeded that pace.

* SNMM currently has 41 licensees signed and more than 140 sub-licensees using their software to power internet gaming sites. No other internet gaming company comes close to those figures.

* SNMM has in excess of 150 employees and has devoted an enormous amount of resouces to the development of i-gaming software which is among the best in the industry. The software is continually being improved upon. Their new version, incorporating 3d graphics and interactive chat is scheduled for release sometime between now and this fall.

* SNMM is the only i-gaming company to offer casino games, sportsbook, pari-mutual horse and greyhound wagering, lottery sales and bingo.

* SNMM is the only i-gaming company that has an application pending for a NASDAQ National Market listing. The application was submitted to NASDAQ on March 11, 1999. The company meets or exceeds all qualifications for such a listing. Acceptance could be announced at any time.

* SNMM has, through it's outstanding growth and earnings, established itself as the undisputed leader in the internet gaming sector. Being the first i-gaming company to attain a NASDAQ National Market listing will cement that perception in the eyes of the investment community.

This is a rocket ship prepared for takeoff. The ride has only just begun. Again, I am posting this for the simple purpose of providing a basis for further research. ALL of the facts contained herein are verifiable. You might want to visit the company's web site at snmm.com for starters. There is a wealth of information, including links to SEC filings, available there. As always, do your own DD.

Best of luck,
Roofman

Herc:

1) Yes, a lot of people at this thread are in love with SNMM. That's why we are here, the SNMM thread.

2) If you read anything substantive about INLD, I suggest you post it to the INLD thread.

HERC--do you understand that SNMM sells the softvvare that other gambling sites use to operate their casino? And that SNMM retains a % of the profits from all these licensees? This is vvhat makes them special.
