Oh yes, CDE has been a gold company with a great deal of silver(and was using it up quickly), but looks like it is reinventing it's self into a silver miner with gold also.

Hecla completes mine acquisition
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho, June 28 (Reuters) - Hecla Mining Co. on Monday said it has completed its deal to buy two mines from Monarch Resources Ltd. of Bermuda for $25 million in cash and Hecla stock.
Hecla acquired the La Camorragold mine in Venezuela and a silver exploration property in Mexico, paying $9 million in cash and 6.7 million Hecla common shares.
Hecla shares were up 1/16 at 2-5/16 by mid-afternoon on the New York Stock Exchange.
